		<description>This shows that they need to adopt a standard Miranda form to be used by every police officer in the country.  If every police officer is using the same Miranda, there would be no grounds to argue that the Miranda was insufficient.  It is surprising that this issue is still being dealt with 43 years after Miranda was first handed down.</description>
