		<description>We had a guy, drug charges.  After the suppression hearing, prosecutor told us he&#039;d dismiss the case.   So we&#039;re ready for metaphorical high fives at the next pre-trial.  Client, who&#039;s a good and reliable alleged drug dealer, never missed a court date, did everything right on bond, doesn&#039;t show.  And doesn&#039;t.  We call.  No answer.  Nothing.  Zippo.

Prosecutor could have been a prick that day.  Judge could have issued a capias.  Client could have been facing all sorts of shit.  Just cause he was out all night partying in celebration of the fact that his case was to be dismissed in the morning.

Which it was.</description>
