Once, over a urinal in a Dallas bar I saw an ad for a lawyer boasting “Never Lost an Uncontested Case.” Somehow, it seemed to be an appropriate placement for the ad.

Agree wholeheartedly with all your comments. My goal in blogging was/is to simply get out important info or insight to anyone trolling by looking for information. As I looked around, your two blogs really stood out, and to make mine as good as both of yours was my goal from the outset.

Great post! I couldn’t concur more. I am the publisher of the Ohio Family Law Blog. Blogs are a great way for lawyers to provide consumers with important legal information. But professionalism is important…missing in a small segment of some lawyers character. No different now as it has in the past! But blogs like yours raise the standard for the rest of us bloggers!
