The judge stated that the case(s) he presented (State v. Blackburn and State v. Colon) did NOT apply in my case, and he allowed a supplimental indictment which included mens rea. This happened just hours before we were to start trial, and my attorney and I do not see how he was able to do that. MY WHOLE DEFENSE has been forced to change...
