		<description>You mention the Castle doctrine.  It should be the Hooper Williford doctrine.  I tried that case a long time ago.  I was the one that asked Judge Basil Russo for the instruction....he said no....the Ohio S.C. said yes.....and the rest in history.  I didn&#039;t handle the appeals.  Hooper spent 12 months in jail.  His second trial was not guilty.
